Improving client’s logistics operations with practical solutions for better operations, processes and systems

I joined Hatmill in 2017 after 6 years working in a variety of roles at DHL Supply Chain. My experience from my time there includes 2 WMS implementations, 3 site fit-out and go live projects, management of a multi-site operation, and designing and implementing process resulting in ISO9001 and OSHAS18001 accreditation.

My most recent experience includes:

• A supply chain transformation project for a multi $bn global manufacturing business in Eastern Europe, including wholesale WMS developments, the design and build of a new fit-for-purpose warehouse, new operating processes and a 3PL tender
• Programme management of Royal Mail’s Midlands Super Hub, consisting of an ~800k sqft design and build warehouse, parcels automation capable of sorting 90k parcels per hour 1400 ways, a rail head, and new yard management systems
• A 3PL in-sourcing project at a global manufacturer of alternators’ UK manufacturing facility including warehouse design and fitout, designing new processes and business requirements for systems and management of the transition and go-live
• Advising HMRC on space requirements, storage solutions and operational flows for the setup of new inland pre-clearance facilities
• Developing a labour model for a FTSE 250 dairy products business, enabling more efficient workload planning and resourcing of operational teams
