I joined Hatmill at the start of 2019. I have over fifteen years’ experience across the end to end customer supply chain and have worked in operational roles at Global FMCG businesses such as Mars UK & Molson Coors Brewing Company.

I joined Hatmill at the start of 2019. I have over fifteen years’ experience across the end to end customer supply chain and have worked in operational roles at Global FMCG businesses such as Mars UK & Molson Coors Brewing Company.

I specialise in business management, sales & operational planning, customer logistics and unlocking value through collaboration across multiple supply chains. Through my operational experience I can bring an FMCG customer and supplier perspective to building supply chain solutions that deliver world class customer service levels and revenue growth.

Some of my most recent experience has include:

  • Delivering S&OP Implementations and improvement programmes
  • Planning, designing and managing the internal operational build of e-commerce dark stores
  • Conducting 5 year strategic capacity reviews and Supply Chain strategies for fast growing e-commerce and UK high street clients
  • 3PL transition of services for a UK FMCG Supplier, delivered from planning to go live in under 10 weeks
  • Conducting project health check reviews

I bring both the customer and supplier perspective to building supply chain solutions that deliver world class customer service levels and revenue growth.

By improving their demand forecast, we helped one client save £3m in agency staffing costs (that’s an 18% reduction).
